At 45 I am in the best shape of my life. Busy entrepreneur, present dad, good partner. For a long time I could not reconcile why the effort I was putting in was not producing the results I knew were possible. Getting my hormones sorted changed that completely.
Not just in the gym. The mental health shift was the part that caught me off guard. The clarity. The steadiness. The feeling of being back in the room.
But getting there was harder than it should have been. I have been a customer of these kinds of services and while I ended up getting the results I was looking for, the process was less than ideal. Overpriced programs that bundled things I did not need. Disconnected care where my clinic had no idea what was happening in the rest of my life.
I built Ember because I am a customer and a technologist. Today, Ember Clinic makes it straightforward to get screened, talk to a qualified doctor, and access the treatments that actually work. Over time, we are building something bigger: a connected performance health clinic that helps people live their best life in the most informed, data-driven, and science-backed way. That is where Ember is heading.
What Ember Clinic is
Ember Clinic is a consumer health platform. We connect patients with AHPRA-registered doctors for consultations across weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, and hair loss.
We handle the screening, booking, and payment. The clinical work is done by qualified doctors who make independent medical decisions about your care.
We exist because accessing these treatments in Australia is harder than it should be. Long wait times for GP appointments, awkward conversations, fragmented services, and inflated pricing from bundled programs that charge for extras most people do not need.
What Ember Clinic is not
Ember Clinic is not a medical provider. We do not employ doctors, operate a pharmacy, or make clinical decisions. All consultations are conducted by AHPRA-registered medical practitioners through our clinical partner, Doccy.
We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Every prescribing decision is made by a qualified doctor based on your individual clinical assessment. If treatment is not appropriate, your doctor will discuss alternatives.
Our clinical partner
All Ember Clinic consultations are provided by doctors through Doccy, a doctor-founded Australian telehealth provider with 500+ verified practitioners.
Doccy doctors are AHPRA-registered, prescribe in accordance with Australian regulations, and maintain their own clinical records. Ember shares your screening information with the consulting doctor before your appointment so the consultation is focused and efficient.
This model means you get specialist-level access at a fair price, without Ember needing to build clinical infrastructure that would add cost and complexity to your experience.
